MusicAssist by Support Adventure is an outsourcing service started by Canadian Entrepreneur/Musician Eric Muth providing high quality assistance to music industry professionals and musicians in organizing their music related business activities. We do everything we can from our base in Belgrade, Serbia to help musicians and the music industry achieve great results in a cost effective way.
“Having self-booked more than 260 shows for my band all around Europe I have learned that hard work and excellent communication are the only ways to get results in the music industry. Having also worked in the IT industry, I have seen great technologies for achieving these purposes. Combine that with the low cost of labour in Serbia and the country’s well-educated workforce which is talented in languages and there you have MusicAssist.”

Eric Muth – Founder
As an Entrepreneur/Folk-Punk Singer/IT Consultant, MusicAssist brings together all of Eric’s passions. Eric runs his company Support Adventure as a way of enabling people to earn money online in a structured and consistent way and created MusicAssist as a way to offer his business’s services in the music industry. He also tours with his band all over Europe, and has over 250 shows to his credit.More about Eric
Having started playing guitar and gotten his first computer both when he was 11 years old, Eric’s dual passions of music and technology have been a constant in his life for more than 20 years. Having worked for his father’s company Iceberg Media as a teenager, Eric got to broadcast concerts over the internet in his native Toronto and research the cutting edge in steaming media at the turn of the century.
Starting his business Computer Genius for Hire at the age of 16 in 1999, Eric became the local computer expert of his Rosedale/Moore Park neighbourhood in Toronto, known for its affluent and influential population. The business provided full IT support services to individuals and businesses in the neighbourhood and nearby downtown core amassing a list of notable clients including Edward Burtynsky (world renowned photographer), Donald S. Mills (Treasurer the International Lawyers Group) and the Capital Communications Company (PR firm for finance sector).
In 2008, Eric found a liking for the city of Belgrade, Serbia and began to split his time between there and Toronto in three-month intervals between 2008 and 2011. During this time, it became increasingly possible to service computers remotely and make telephone calls online. In the winter of 2009, Eric started to service his clients in Toronto from Belgrade with a contractor on-site in Toronto providing the required site visits, showing that it was possible to run an IT Company from a different continent.
In 2011, Eric relocated to London, UK and for the first time acquiring contracts for other IT companies. Eric was recruited on contract by 3 different companies for site visits and eventually accepted a full time position providing end user support for Alan Baxter & Associates, a leading structural engineering firm maintaining iconic architecture such as St. Pauls Cathedral and the Palace of Westminster.
Having moved back to Belgrade in 2013, Eric restarted his band and his business interests working from the city, touring all over Europe, running a concert booking operation and starting outsourcing IT work from the UK which could be done remotely.
The band, the bookings and the outsourcing business continue to grow and the offering of MusicAssist is an exciting opportunity for Eric to combine his passions for tech and music.
